Are you a current MYidealDOCTOR patient? Here’s how to access your account.

Start a Visit

Tap or click the “See a Provider” button within the app.

Wait for a Provider

Once you’ve reviewed and submitted your necessary information, you will be placed in the virtual waiting room. During this time a triage nurse will confirm the information you submitted and connect you with the first available provider. You’ll be seen soon!

Log Into RelyMD

Visit patient.relymd.app from an Internet browser and log in using your existing MiD username and password. At this time, the RelyMD mobile app is not yet available for MYidealDOCTOR patients.

If you prefer a visit by phone, please call 855-879-4332 to speak to one of our triage nurses.

Complete All Required Fields

The RelyMD app will walk you through each step. While demographic information and medical history is being transferred from your MiD account to your RelyMD account, we encourage you to review all information for accuracy prior to starting your visit.
