We’ve made things easier.  No more signing up patients with the spreadsheet, no more changing the email address and password.  Just follow the link below and sign up the patient with a new account (“I’m a new user”).  Let the patient pick their own password.  At the bottom of the page enter the coupon code before pressing continue.   That’s it.  If you’ve forgotten the coupon code, fill out the form below and it will automatically be resent to your email (must use a wakegov email address).  Watch the video below for a quick walk through (It’a under 2 minutes).
