Your RelyMD visit may be eligible for a refund.

Please add a photo of the front and back of your insurance or Medicare card when starting a new visit. Learn how below.

Many insurance carriers, including Medicare and Medicaid, are temporarily covering telehealth services at the same rate as an in-person office visit and waiving the co-pay in an effort to help their patients seek healthcare while avoiding potential COVID-19 exposures.

Here’s how to upload a picture of your insurance or Medicare card:

As you step through the sign-in process, you will be prompted for a reason for your visit and have the chance to add a photo.

Tap “Add a Photo”

After entering the reason for your visit, tap add a photo. You will be prompted to take a new picture or upload an existing photo from your photo library. If you have not yet taken a photo of the front and back of your insurance or Medicare card, choose “Take a Photo”. If you have already taken the photos, select “Choose from Library”.

For patients accessing RelyMD from a web browser, you will need to send the images to your computer in order to upload.

Are You Eligible?

Refund eligibility is dependent on your insurance carrier’s policies. You will be charged for your RelyMD visit, if your visit is deemed reimbursable by your carrier, RelyMD will refund the charge once your claim has been processed.
