See an After-Hours Doctor When Your Avance Care Location is Closed

All Avance Care patients now have access to local, actively practicing emergency medicine providers via online video for after-hours coverage. Avance Care patients can access RelyMD via mobile app or web browser after Avance Care’s physical locations close each day. You do not need to provide your health plan information to access this service.

The cost is $40 per visit for established Avance Care patients.

Did you know RelyMD can treat children 6 months and older?

Dependents younger than 18 must be added within their parent's account. After logging in, choose "Add a Child" and provide the required details to start a consult for the patient.

If you have dependents over 18, they must create a unique account using their own email address. If you have issues registering them using your designated employer code, please contact support@relymd.com for assistance.
